Rebranding
name, IDs, URLs, colours, icons.

Everything you change to publish AXIS under your own name. Most of it is one file, lib/core/config/axis_identity.dart; the rest is the platform files listed below. Do this before you create store listings or run flutterfire configure.

01App name

The runtime app_name key (Configuration) changes the window title and the About screen without a rebuild, but not the files above.

02App IDs

The package ships as com.axisterminal.app on both platforms. Pick your own reverse-domain ID, for example com.yourcompany.terminal, and change it everywhere:

Then run flutterfire configure again if you use Firebase, so the Firebase apps are registered under the new ID. A search for axisterminal across the project should find nothing afterwards except generated files. The Dart package name axis_perps in pubspec.yaml is internal; you do not need to change it.

03URLs, email and legal pages

Required These ship pointing at the vendor's product site. Replace each with your own before release:

  • lib/core/config/axis_identity.dart: kAxisWebsiteUrl, kAxisIconUrl, kAxisSupportEmail, kAxisPrivacyUrl, kAxisTermsUrl, kAxisRiskUrl.
  • lib/features/settings/about_settings_screen.dart: _officialWebsite and _walletSafetyGuide.
  • lib/features/wallet_connect/reown_wallet_service.dart: the default appUrl, the icons list and the Redirect (native scheme and universal link) in the WalletConnect metadata. Use your own app scheme for native.

The privacy policy, terms and risk disclosure are pages you write and host. They are not included. Store reviewers and users open them from Account.

04Colours and fonts

  • Accent, no rebuild: publish primary_color (#RRGGBB), or set Accent colour in the operator console on one device. Default #7CF5D5.
  • Full palette: lib/ui_kit/axis_tokens.dart holds every colour constant of the terminal (ground, panels, hairlines, text, profit and loss). Change them there, then rebuild.
  • Web and launcher colours: theme_color / background_color in web/manifest.json, and the flutter_launcher_icons block in pubspec.yaml.
  • Fonts: Barlow Condensed (AxisDisplay) and Fira Sans (AxisData) are bundled in assets/fonts/. Read assets/fonts/README.md before swapping: the numeric face must support tabular figures, or prices jitter as they tick.

05Icons

The app icon is a provisional mark. Replace it with your own before publishing.

  1. Make a 1024 × 1024 PNGSave it as assets/images/app_icon_1024.png (the path pubspec.yaml uses).
  2. Check the settingsThe flutter_launcher_icons block in pubspec.yaml sets the Android adaptive background (#7CF5D5) and the web colours. Change them to your brand.
  3. GenerateWrites the Android, iOS and web icon sets.

  4. FaviconsReplace web/favicon.png, web/favicon-64.png and web/icons/apple-touch-icon.png if the generator did not.

Icon generation was not run for these docs; check the result in android/app/src/main/res/, ios/Runner/Assets.xcassets/AppIcon.appiconset/ and web/icons/.

06Rebrand checklist

  • Name changed in the seven places under App name.
  • App ID changed on Android and iOS; axisterminal no longer appears.
  • Every URL and the support email point at your domain; your legal pages are online.
  • WalletConnect metadata (URL, icon, redirect) is yours.
  • Header mark and app icons replaced.
  • flutterfire configure re-run after the ID change (if you use Firebase).
  • flutter analyze and flutter build web --release still pass.
