01How to get help

  1. Search these docs firstPress / and type the error or the screen name. Most setup questions are answered in Troubleshooting.
  2. Open the item page on CodeCanyonSign in with the account you bought with.
  3. Use the Support tabFor questions about your own installation. Use the Comments tab for general questions other buyers may also have.

Get a fast answer

  • Send the item version (pubspec.yaml), the platform (web, iOS, Android) and the output of flutter --version.
  • Paste the exact error and the command you ran. For settings problems, add the Effective configuration JSON from the operator console with your addresses removed.
  • Never send recovery phrases, private keys, keystores, key.properties, Firebase service-account files or passwords, and never post them in comments. We will never ask for them.
