04Before you offer perps
Your obligations
The builder fee is your fee, charged to your users on top of the venue's. Whether charging it, or offering leveraged perps at all, needs registration, licensing, tax treatment or consumer disclosures depends on where you and your users are. Nothing in these docs is legal or financial advice.
05Running costs to expect
- Static hosting for the web build and
config.json. - The 100 USDC collateral on your builder address (it stays yours).
- Firebase usage, only if you enable it.
- Apple (yearly) and Google (one-time) developer fees if you publish apps.
